If This Is the Living Room This Morning, Then...

I went downstairs a few minutes ago to find the living room looking like this:

The music started at the northwest and ended in the southeast corner of the room.

Hmmn.

If this is the look of the living room this morning and there are percussion parts papering the living room (while Warren finalizes section assignments), then the next event coming up must be this:

I love living in the percussion section. I love being married to the Symphony. And I love the 4th of July!

Ha--nowhere to actually sit. For a brief time, we had a former pianist who rented a tiny apartment from us, after a 30 year career of playing on cruise ships. He would often sit on our front porch and write music--and leave pieces of it there. That memory flashed into my mind when I saw these photos.

There is something about sheet music that appeals to me although I don't play an instrument. Well, I did play the clarinet (very poorly) in high school.
