I've only be...You've had a memorable trip. I've only been to Chicago three times and only spent a few days each time but I really liked the city. Once I took a bus from downtown to the very small "Chinatown" area. Small if you come from the Bay Area anyhow, but fun to visit.<br /><br />Blue Highways has to be one of my all time favorite books, I think I'll dig it out and read it again for maybe the 4th time.<br /><br />BTW, I ordered those two Godwin journals from the library.
